The Perfect Day: Belinda and Derrick's Church of the Little Flower Wedding

As a wedding videographer, it's always a privilege to be able to capture the special moments of a couple's big day. But for Belinda and Derrick, their love story is not just limited to their wedding day. I had the pleasure of filming their wedding, and I have to say, their story is one for the books.

Belinda and Derrick first met in a uniform store back in 2018. Even though there was an age gap of 12 years between them, they both felt a connection right from the start. Their first date was memorable, as Derrick did a silly trick with a straw wrapper that made Belinda realize he was the one for her. Their second date was even more unforgettable, as they spent it at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. With the moon shining bright, they shared their first kiss that night.

Despite a few bumps in the road, their love prevailed, and they soon became one when they found out that they were expecting their beautiful daughter, Athena. Derrick proposed to Belinda on Mother's Day, and he gave her a black pearl necklace that she has worn ever since. The couple promises to always cuddle every night, annoy each other, and make "café" in the morning. They vow to always find new adventures and, most importantly, to love each other and stay together even when things get tough.

As their wedding videographer, it was an honor to be able to capture their special day. From the preparations at the Biltmore hotel to the ceremony at the Church of the Little Flower, and the intimate reception at home, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and joy. I can't wait to see what the future holds for this beautiful couple, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together.
